Did you know that it costs over fifteen thousand dollars a day to fund the ministries of the Boise Rescue Mission?  How does the Mission fund itself?  They rely on your generous donations to feed, cloth, and house the homeless in the Treasure Valley.  When the Winter Storm hit last week; the Mission housed and fed over one hundred additional people. That's a lot of mouths to feed and that's why we need your help.

This week we are collecting turkeys, cash, and other items for the Boise Rescue Mission.  I'm living at the Walmart on Garrity and Franklin in Nampa all week long collecting items that will benefit local families.  The items that you donate will help feed over four thousand people during the day before Thanksgiving.  The Boise Rescue Mission invites all to eat a hot home cooked meal and gives everyone a food box for Thanksgiving.

So please stop by and donate.  Remember it's always better to give a turkey, than to be one:)
