After a contentious week in the legislature, the State House of Representatives voted Thursday 49-21 to repeal allowing gaming machines at race tracks.  John Sheldon, president of Treasure Valley Racing told us on Wednesday that if the bill becomes law Les Boise Park will be close for good.  Are five hundred jobs worth allowing 'slot machine' like games in the Treasure Valley?.  It's now up to Governor Otter, who can save Les Bois by vetoing the bill or give gaming the boot by signing Senate Bill 1011.

What would you do?  Vote now!
