The deal is still pending approval of Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball and the Northwest League. The Idaho Statesman reports a source close to the situation said the new ownership will be aggressive in seeking a new stadium to replace 25-year-old Memorial Stadium, and are hopeful one can be done in three or four years.
