A great day at the West Family YMCA in Meridian.  Thanks to Steve's Hometown Toyota for their support.  The Y is more than a gym.  It's a place to meet new friends, recover from injuries, fight Cancer, and help kids discover wellness.  I was amazed at the optimism by all the folks who stopped by this morning to share their Y Experiences...

Thank You to the Teachers, Parents, Administration of Heritage Middle School in Meridian.  It was a pleasure sharing their great stories this morning.  Thanks Cap Ed for supporting Treasure Valley Schools.
