Officials think students from other schools vandalized Capital High School in West Boise, now police are involved and as many as 50 teens from Borah High School may pay the price.
Boise School spokesperson Dan Hollar says the crime spree happened over the weekend, and officials say students will be punished, some by suspension some with criminal charges. One email from a parent sent to KIDO says the students spray painted graffiti on the baseball outfield field fence, damaged athletic equipment and glued locks shut in a senior prank that went too far.
The school district sent a message to all students and parents in the district saying that this will not be tolerated. Ages of the students involved varied, but the majority of students involved are reported to be seniors. There is no total dollar value put on the vandalism yet.
