580 KIDO's Kevin Miller decided to switch things up for our latest segment of Promote Our Schools. Instead of visiting one of the numerous schools around Idaho, the Christian Homeschoolers of Idaho State dropped by the studio to talk about education outside of the public system. Amy Duenas, Micheline Ghiorso, Linda Patchin, and Copper Webb provided excellent insight on being a homeschooling mother, and some of the challenges that may arise. Allison Duenas and Anthony Ghiorso also joined Kevin to discuss life as a kid in a homeschooled environment.
