Police Investigate Possible Murder Suicide

Meridian police are investigating what led to the deaths of two people, who were found in the garage of a Meridian home Saturday night.
Officers were called to the home on North Crestmont Drive just before 11 p.m. for reports of shots fired. When they got there, they found a 24-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman dead from gunshot wounds.
Investigators say they believe the couple was married and that the man shot his wife with a handgun before turning the gun on himself.
The couple has not yet been identified.
