Ada County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 26 year old Michael Clontz of Nampa who they say sent numerous sexual messages on Facebook to what he believed was a 13-year-old girl.
Officials say Clontz was really chatting to a detective with Idaho Crimes Against Children Task Force. The investigation began in January, and Clontz asked the “girl” to meet up with him In February. Clontz has been charged with felony enticement of a minor over the Internet. If convicted, he could spend up to 15 years in prison and be required to register as a sex offender; he remains in the Ada County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
