Kuna Man Charged With Beating 7 Year Old Girl

30-year-old Lamar West of Kuna man been charged with felony injury to child in connection with an incident where a 7-year-old girl was hit in the back with a rubber shoe insert multiple times.
The Ada County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested West on the felony charge early Tuesday afternoon. He has posted a $20,000 bond and was released from the Jail several hours later.
Kuna police began their investigation in early December after being notified that the girl had numerous injuries on her back. Detectives interviewed the girl and gathered evidence in the home and eventually determined the girl and her 3-year-old sister were in imminent danger.
