Highways 30 and 72 Were Both Blocked For Three And A Half Hours

Idaho State Police are investigating a commercial vehicle roll over south of New Plymouth Saturday, spilling fertilizer onto the road.
Officers with Idaho State Police say 18-year-old Johnathan Phillips was turning east onto State Highway 72 when his truck overturned, spilling the fertilizer. Highways 30 and 72 were both blocked for more than three and a half hours while the truck and fertilizer was removed.
Phillips was taken by ambulance to the Saint Alphonsus Hospital in Ontario.
