I’ve been waiting all month to be able to say, “What a ‘bazaar’ weekend!” ---and this is definitely it. Tons of places to browse through, many with some complimentary cider, appearances from “You Know Who”, baked items, handmade ornaments, and the smell of cinnamon spice and pine everywhere you go. Caldwell’s Winter Wonderland hits the “on” switch this Friday at 7pm, too, and that’s totally free to walk through. Bring your mittens, some friends and family, and take it all in.

*For more to do all week long, visit (and like, why not?) the Appetite for Idaho page on Facebook.
If you want an Appetite for Idaho book (adventures with tasty recipes tucked between chapters), send $18 to: Amy Larson, 119 S. Valley Drive Suite A #218, Nampa, ID 83686 and specify who it’s signed to.
Have a FUN week!

Glenns Ferry Ghost Tour Launch
Tue., Nov. 25, 5-9 p.m.
Glenns Ferry Opera Theatre 128 E. Idaho Ave., Glenns Ferry
Heard all about this last February when interviewing Connie Wills, owner of the Glenns Ferry Historic Opera House. The town hired a medium to see if there were any extra “friends” hanging about. (There were. At the Opera House, a director and possibly a few thespians, which is why they solute the six empty seats in the balcony at every performance, so check that out). On this tour, you’ll get to view what renowned medium Dave Ottens says are the town’s most ‘inhabited’ locations. Dave will be at the meet and greet after the tour. FREE.
