Council Man Found Dead

The Adams County Sheriff's Office is investigating the discovery of Bill Summers, who has found dead, nearly a week after he drove away from his home near Council and disappeared.
Bill Summers was the brother in law of former U.S. Senator Larry Craig, who said Summers was found by an Idaho Power line team late Sunday morning on a rural back road about 10 miles from Council. His body was reportedly found seat belted into his pickup truck, which had crashed off the road. The men who found him said there was very little damage to the truck.
