CNN Denied

The Blaine County District Court has ruled the sheriff's office was justified in refusing to disclose any portion of legal record associated with Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.
Attorneys for CNN were in Hailey last week for a hearing concerning the documents. CNN filed a petition to get records surrounding Bowe Bergdahl in Blaine County. They had asked for any law enforcement record since Bowe was born.
The request was denied twice and then two documents were released. A third document was held back.
