Boise Woman Accused of Using a Tazer on Walmart Employee

20 year old Sierra Moon Maynard is facing felony charges after police say she threatened a Walmart employee on Overland Road who was trying to stop her from leaving with stolen items.
Police say when confronted, The Boise woman pulled a stun gun out of her purse and threatened to “taze” the employee with it. Police say Maynard activated the stun gun and attempted to shock the worker with it, before running from the store.
Officers arrested Maynard after finding her hiding in a parking lot. She was booked into the Ada County Jail, and has been charged with felony burglary and felony use of a conducted energy device in the commission of a felony.
