The San Antonio Express-News, is reporting that army spokesman Wayne Hall is saying the report on Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl's disappearance and his actions beforehand is done and "is being reviewed by commanders"

The paper says Hall described that the review is likely to be lengthy, and said, "The Army's priority is ensuring that our process is thorough, factually accurate, impartial, and legally correct ."

Bergdahl was serving in Afghanistan when he was captured in 2009 by the Taliban after allegedly wandering off the base. He was released this spring after a controversial swap for five Taliban members held prisoner at Guantanamo Bay; after a brief stay at an Army hospital in Germany, he has stayed at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston during the investigation into his capture.
